Other things to note: Guests are expected to leave HOUSE IN SAME CONDITION AS YOU ARRIVED TO. Please collect all your garbage into the garbage containers. Collect are your dirty dishes and leave in the sink. Designated smoking area limited to the front yard/ parking area only. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR BACKYARD. We care about being outstanding members of the community we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are STRICTLY ENFORCED.
