Spacious & had the amenities you require for a family with a 5 yr old child.
Had to repeatedly inform to refill basic amenities like swimming pool towel, toiletries, detergent etc even when the methodology was via WhatsApp. I understand that there will be different clean up crew everyday. But Why couldn't the info be shared to each team or review back the previous threads to understand what the tenant prefers?
The steam irons are not gd. Black marks on white shirt, burnt clothing was frequently happening with the iron in the room. We asked for the normal non steam iron. Was only given after the second time asking. Pls frequently look up WhatsApp thread.

The location
I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay.
First, the bathroom door latch was not properly aligned with the latch hole, which made it impossible to lock the door properly. I also noticed that the sauna was still listed as one of the available facilities even though it was under maintenance. It would be better to update or temporarily remove it from the facility list to avoid confusion for guests.
Additionally, on Sunday at approximately 6:55 AM, someone opened my room door. When I asked who it was, I was told that it was a mistake and they had entered the wrong room. I appreciate that the matter was addressed after I made a complaint, and I’m thankful for the complimentary late check-out provided afterwards.
However, overall, the experience was still quite disappointing. Even for a simple request such as coffee sachets and sugar, I had to send three separate messages before receiving them.
I understand that issues can happen, but I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.
