Checking in and out was pleasantly easy and smooth. Clear instructions were provided prior to our stay.
Overall, the place is clean, comfortable and cosy. It feels like home away from home. Basic facilities are available.
Location wise is awesome too. Shopping malls and variety of food options nearby.
It would be great if there's a dryer available as there is insufficient drying area for 8 pax laundry during our 4 days stay.

I really enjoyed the stay and will stay again if I go to kl again. Will also recommend others to stay too.
The slow hand written recording process at the security which needed everyone's passport...
It will be better if old dusy carpets are removed or replaced with other materials if there's a better option.
Cannot find the stopper of the bathtub.

Location was very good with all d ameneties. The rooms are spacious, clean n indoor facilities good.
The lift abit inconvenient. The main entrance close at 10pm n guests have to walk by d side entrance n queue to enter d lift can be long
Other than dis inconvenience, it's worth d price.
