I absolutely loved everything about this property. The host was extremely professional, responsive, and always available whenever I needed assistance. I requested an early check-in, and they kindly arranged it for me, which I really appreciated. The overall experience was amazing from start to finish.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with both the MRT and monorail stations just a 2-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Kuala Lumpur.
I highly recommend this specific property to anyone visiting KL. Excellent hospitality, great communication, and an unbeatable location. Would definitely love to stay here again! ❤

air condition room and a bit of the gym
paying cash in advance and not being able to cancel once paid was not acceptable. Room did not match as per advertisement. Advertisement said free shuttle service but when asked said service was discontinued years ago but still was showing. elevator had no air condition and it was extremely hot and humid.
