Location was perfect, central to all sights. Lift was essential in the August heat. Roof terrace was perfect.
No air conditioning in the main living area.

The staff was excellent!! Very kind, helpful and responsive. They brought us a fan and attempted to fix problems for us. We loved them being across the street and they happily stored our baggage too.
We loved the location - Monti is our favorite part of Rome. The apartment is quiet and the curtains keep out the light well.
The apartment is very cute and looks like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked except for paper products - make sure to bring those with you
The rooftop patio is spectacular! Great views and lots of space and chairs.
The AC was not adequate. I realize it has been very hot, but there are units in each bedroom only. This was not clear from the listing. The common areas were miserable! We had to get ready in our bedrooms to avoid sweating while trying to put on makeup.
We rented an apartment so 5 of us could be together and socialize but it was difficult due to the heat. The units are not powerful enough to cool the living room. If you're visiting in the summer, be prepared. If we were here in cooler weather, this place would have been much better.
A few other issues - The shower on the 2nd floor had poor water pressure. The cover for the flushing button in the downstairs bathroom kept falling off. And the toilets didn't flush well.
The place has great potential but could use some general maintenance.
