We loved everything about the cottage. Location to bars and restaurants - we highly recommend Tweedies or the Inn at Grasmere both are dog friendly in the bar areas, you just can’t book. There are a lot of lovely walks you can do from the doorstep and it is fully kitted out with everything you could need:

Loads of comms before arriving at the property, everything was very clear and checking in was a breeze. Cottage is lovely, beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, lounge is very comfortable to stay in.
Just be mindful that it's a proper English cottage - the main bedroom is snug, so if you need heaps of space, this might not be for you.

The key code provided for the keys was incorrect. We had to phone the provider for the key to gain entry.
