Third time we've stayed. The house is very comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely being right next to the sea. The hot tub is great to warm up in after swimming in the sea and we also had fun in the games room. We were pleased to find that the (private) road leading to the property has been made up since our last visit! Pagham Beach Cafe is always good.

Beautiful view for sitting room. Like the fact that sitting and room and kitchen/dining area are open plan. All on one level for our aged mother.
Dining table too big for our group of 4. No sun loungers - bean bags provided but not very easy to make into comfortable positions for sitting outside and reading.

Lovely property right on the beach. Good facilities, with lots of little extras that make the stay so enjoyable.
Could do with more comfortable chairs for outside. The beanbags supplied are not easy to sit in!
