About this house rental
Sea Vale has been in our family since my wife was a child. Initially it was only for our own use but since deciding to make it available for others to use we have totally renovated the house, bringing it flying into the 21st Century.
The house is right on the beach with lovely sea views and has a beautiful open plan living style on the ground floor flowing onto a wooden deck with the garden beyond which faces South. There are four double bedrooms. Every modern convenience has been thought of including under-floor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs. The decor is strictly "seaside" with plenty of little touches that leave you in no doubt that you are living on the beach.
Walk out of the garden gate onto Elmer Beach which has to be one of the quietest & most private beaches on the South coast. Elmer Beach Estate is privately owned with no public access to the beach (although some local people do walk through the estate). During peak seasons and bank holidays there is a gate at the end of the road to limit vehicle access to residents.
Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and further afield too.

We had a lovely time at this property; we were a group of 6 adults and 3 children with an age range of under 1 to 83 years. The accommodation was fantastic, with all mod cons, and the location was amazing, with immediate access to the beach! There were good local shops and restaurants, and a play park just up the road for when the young ones were beached-out! The one thing that I would advise is that a non- slip mat would be a good idea for in the showers, as several of our party had near- accidents while bathing. But this was a minor detail in what was a marvellous, relaxing time away. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and well located, being a minute's walk from the beach.The house was well stocked with food condiments etcHowever we were here on the heatwave Bank Holiday weekend and the windows didn't open in two of the bedrooms nor the other ground floor bathroom and there were no fans. If these issues are rectified, then this house is a perfect summer stay.

The host was very clear with how to get to the house. The house was amazing! All 4 bedrooms have either a bathroom or an en suite. It was so close to the beach less then 100 yards away. Our dog loved the beach.
