The host was extremely communicative. The location was in a nice, quiet part of town. It was great to have air con and a nice bed. The terrace was also very lovely. The host was very kind in organising us a taxi to the airport and offering late checkout. We were also offered a clean during our stay which felt like going the extra mile!
Check-in instructions needed a little more detail - we arrived late at night and found it hard to locate the property (although the host was very helpful). The bathroom needed a little more focus on the clean. The internet went down for our last day and wasn't able to be fixed. All this being said, we would stay again and really enjoyed our time here - just some areas that could be looked at to improve.

Non c’è mai un momento di silenzio. Durante il giorno ci sono lavori e di notte animali (molti cani che abbaiano e galli che cantano dalle 4 della mattina)
Avrei aggiunto possibilità di avere spezie una piastra per cucinare

Ray è il punto forte del soggiorno - ha dimostrato davvero grande reattività e disponibilità, anche per esempio tenendoci le valigie in una stanza oltre il check out, e portandoci di persona una borsa che avevamo messo in frigo. L’appartamento è bello e pulito.
Ho prenotato consapevole che alcuni commenti avvisavano che soprattutto di sera non ci fosse acqua calda, purtroppo però a distanza di mesi dai commenti, ho trovato anche io questo problema. Lavandini con getti debolissimi e acqua calda inesistente. La terrazza su Booking sembrava incredibile con vista sulla città ma arrivati lì non era per nulla così, suggerisco all host di inserire delle foto per togliere ogni dubbio. Wi-Fi anche è saltato per due giorni ma poi ray è riuscito a sistemarlo con dei tecnici.

"It’s nice and spacious with a terrace to relax on. The kitchen good enough for breakfast and the bed is comfortable! Shower was light warm during the day but in the morning and evening a bit cold."
