Top hotel

Perfecte ligging en heerlijke bedden. Tot nu toe ook de schoonste plek die we hebben gehad. Kamers worden alleen niet schoongemaakt tussendoor maar dat stoorde ons totaal niet. Als je schone handdoeken wilde kon je dit vragen.

The location was perfect, literally minutes to the centre and not noisy at all. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve had and I slept really well. I reported the fan broken and was fixed by the time I came back.nice fridge in room. Run by local family.

Musky smell on arrival, it cleared with the aircon on though. Not much hot water and shower pressure low but this is normal for this type of accommodation. The sink tap was broken and not mended.

It was great value for money.

Very big room, good new air conditioning and fan that do not made a noice, Good shower with hot water Two big comfortable beds. Super close to the center. The rooms are located inside a courtyard so there’s no noice but birds. Only small things: small lamp next to the bed and few hangers are missing but over all a great experience for very affordable price.

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay in a good central location. Spacious room with clean and comfortable bed. A short 20min walk from ATM bus station or 4min taxi (about 40peso). And even closer (3min walk) to Marlin Espadas pickup point if you’re heading to Belize. AC was a treat in the heat.

There is a strong smell of mould in the room - but having the AC on helped to get rid of a lot of the humidity to somewhat dilute it. The AC was also serviced during our stay that we weren’t informed about. Luckily we were in the room when the servicemen came otherwise our things would’ve been left wide open

Very good

Decent room with AC, nice beds and at a good location.

This is not a hostel so don't expect any common areas. Would have been nice if they offered filtered water. Also note that when it pours rain, one room gets wet. We could change rooms so that wasn't a problem, but keep your stuff off the floor.

I don’t think it’s great value for money compared to other places we stayed in Mexico. No drinking water available and wasn’t easy to find the hotel as there’s no signs

we loved our stay! great location, big rooms with TV/AC/fridge, lovely staff

- perfect location: quiet spot right next to the Centro square and many great places to eat and drink - big room with two big beds - super clean and has hot water in shower - TV, aircon, and fridge in room are great - staff are really lovely and helpful. they have been very patient with our terrible Spanish - we loved it so much we ended up extending our stay

- water pressure in shower and Tv reception could be a bit stronger, but no big deal!

Great Value for Money!

Really good value for money, one of the cheapest on booking .com that is central. The location is great, right in the centre with restaurants and shops outside, with a 5 minute walk to the lagoon where you can get boats, swim etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's only a small hotel and even though it's central it's back off the main road a little so nice and quiet. Good WiFi and TV with streaming services. There's a water boiler and cups/spoons/instant coffee/sugar/milk in a small communal area at the bottom of stairs. Nice to sit there in the morning and have a coffee. With nice plants and decorations around. Our kids particularly liked the coconut sculptures!

The water pressure is a little weak in the bathroom, but still fine. Nothing to complain about really as the overall value for money is excellent.

clean and airco room

it had nice airco and could be very cold which is nice. I did NOT see any cockroaches and it was very clean, unlike some other reviews. they improved! No bugs. no mosquitoes.

it was almost invisible. no signs or whatsoever. not so close to the center. the owner could really improve by putting up a big sign.

+ cheap + cleaning Lady is supportive (while host itself not that much) - contacted host in advance via Booking and never got a reply - shower has far to less power Summary: for those travelling on small Budget it is a good value, but I would not go there again

Good for a short stay

A big room with comfy beds and a tv with Netflix. Amazing location and nice staff.

Shower pressure was rubbish and the room and bedding could have been a bit cleaner.

perfect, great value for money

The room was big with 2 very comfy double beds. Aircon worked perfect. had a smart tv in the room which had Netflix on it (not that you’d spend much time in the room) location perfect. it’s more of a guesthouse and there’s no signage but the taxi driver knew exactly where it was from the address.

Great location Two double beds which was amazing & comfortable Would be amazing value if you slept 4. Free water and shampoo etc Nice family who are running the day to day , the nice lady's kids googled translated to me about using the air conditioning which was very nice I would stay here again .

Did find a huge cockroach but the location outside would have been the reason.

great location, pretty room- just a little old

the location is great- just a few minutes of a walk from the center area the family that runs the place is very nice and always tries to help the wifi and AC were really good

the bathroom door kept getting stuck when one time we had to wake the host in the middle of the night because my friend got stuck inside also, the shower wasn’t really working

Fair size room but no general share facilities. There was an Urn and jar of coffee in an alcove where you could help yourself. No reception just a young lady seated outside at a small table. I asked for a plate and knives to cut a pineapple and was readily given one. Price wise okay. Can't remember if there were clothes hangers (a mostly unheard of item in cheaper hotels and hostels). Itwin beds and adjacent cold shower. No furniture.

Why oh why, following so many mentions, will the owner not put up a sign indicating where the entrance is. It's merely a doorway between 2 shops? down a passageway. A good trek from the bus terminal as well

The room was pretty big. Wifi was stable. Location was good.

Water pressure was super weak and it took a while to wait for the hot water. It is a little bit difficult to find the hotel, because there's no sign at all.
