Water leak - bathroom was not usable - refused redund

The bathroom was not functioning after the first night. They said I couldn’t use it and refused a refund on a four day stay. It is also an active construction site with banging at 8am. The owner never responds to messages or call and is completely off line during the duration of the stay. There is a large water heater above the bathroom sink making it impossible to put on makeup on that room. Def do not trust this property

For a short stay the location was good but there was not enough comfort for a longer stay.

Location was excellent.

Lack of air conditioning during a very hot spell made the apartment very uncomfortable particularly overnight. Although the pictures and description were accurate they failed to prepare us for the lack of natural light and outlook. It was necessary to keep the blinds down to ensure privacy. Furniture and fittings a little flimsy. The bed was comfortable but the seating was not. Small kitchen area proved difficult to function in.

La ubicación , el estado en que se encontraba el apartamento y la comunicación con la propiedad del apartamento. En general todo muy bien, muy recomendable.

Que había obras en el patio del inmueble y estaban tapadas ciertas zonas y no entraba casi luz en el apartamento y la privacidad por las ventanas no existía, teníamos que tener las cortinas cerradas.

Ottima posizione, avevamo vicino tutti i mezzi per spostarci ovunque, avevamo anche il centro commerciale a due passi da casa. Il Louvre vicinissimo, la posizione davvero eccezionale. L’appartamento super silenzioso.

Le meuble recouvrant le chauffe eau directement sur le lavabo est bas ! si vous mesurez plus d 170 csm, risque de s y cogner la tete frequent car impossible d acceder au lavabo sans devoir se baisser !
