The studio is on the 3rd floor with a lift



The studio includes

• Living Area: sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping arrangements. The space is equipped with a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• Fully Equipped Open Kitchen: Microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, along with all the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans needed to prepare meals just like at home.

• Dining area: a foldable table provides a comfortable spot for meals and folds down to free up space when not in use.

• Bathroom: Bath/Shower, hair dryer, soap, and shampoo provided

• Separated toilets



Included:

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• The studio also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Metro Stations

•Louvre–Rivoli (Line 1): The closest station, putting you right at the doorstep of the Louvre Museum with a direct line connecting you to iconic landmarks including the •Champs-Élysées and La Défense to the west, and Bastille to the east.

•Palais Royal–Musée du Louvre (Lines 1 & 7): A key station giving you direct access to major destinations across Paris.

•Pyramides (Lines 7 & 14): Fast connections across the city, including direct access to Gare de Lyon and Gare Saint-Lazare.

Booking requirements:

- No security deposit required

- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
