Very lovely location and apartment with helpful hosts

The property was clean and modern and situated in a quiet area within walking distance of central Rome When I had an issue with the TV and the water pressure it was dealt with immediately.

A serene and spacious flat in an traditional Roman neighborhood.

The location was very serene and easy enough to get to with the bus system (and metro, but we didn't use it). The apartment was very spacious, with a lovely balcony off the main bedroom. There was plenty of storage and linens. The pillows and beds were excellent and made it hard to get up. The Italian coffee maker made our mornings very pleasant. Having a nearby pastry shop and a minimarket made breakfasts super convenient. Highly recommend.

Superb

The location of this property is perfect! It's close to everything, including the bus stop that takes you to the tourist spots. There are also cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store near this place, which is a bonus! The property was well decorated, and the host was very prompt in replying when we had any questions.

The shower drain was not draining properly, and to my surprise there was no shampoo or soap provided during our stay. Additionally, the power kept turning off, possibly due to having two air conditioners running simultaneously. The water heater also turned off, leaving us without hot water for about three hours, which was quite disappointing.

Superb

This is not your "touristy" location but is very well located close to bus stations (3 min walk) and less than 15 mins walk to the Metro station. You can reach the Coliseum in 20/25 min max. This is an apartment in the 5th floor with 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a small kitchen The host is very responsive and very helpful; we asked for Nespresso machine and did not hesitate to provide it. She also recommended restaurants in area.

Breakfast was basically cereal, milk and toast so one needs to manage expectations, however there's a grocery store less than 5 min walk and has all you need to make a decent meal.
