Welcome home! This great property has a tropical feel in the front yard with several palms and a sun drenched private back yard perfect for relaxing. The open floor plan will welcome you with plenty of windows and sliding doors to take advantage of the cool breeze. Centrally located to all the best San Diego has to offer: 8 minutes to Sea World or Ocean Beach and only 5 minutes to Liberty Station. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Cabrillo Monument are all within 15 minutes. There is plenty of street parking right in front as this home is not on a busy street. This property is conveniently located near the airport. As with all homes in the Point Loma area you will hear planes when the airport is open between 6:30am and 11:30pm. There is a detached studio unit on this property with a long-term renter. It has its own access and is completely separated from the main house with a privacy fence.

Great location. Nicely decorated, plenty of light with skylights, surrounded by windows. Heat not always working but managed just dressing warmly. The coffee carafe does not work with coffee maker. Nearby coffee shops. BYO dishwasher detergent. The broom needs replacing, a vacuum or swifter type would help keep floors clean.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Fun to walk around. Good launching pad to all of the great things San Diego has to offer.

Cute property in a great location. Outdoor space was very nice as well as kitchen and closet space. Kudos to the property owner he was very responsive and accommodating.
Down sides were bathroom was very small. Not sure anyway it could be changed, maybe just add a few shelves. It was nicely updated though. Also, the plane noise early in the morning took some getting used to. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Great location, nicely furnished, quiet neighborhood, overall just really comfortable. The backyard space is really charming as is the front courtyard. Kitchen is more than adequate although we didn’t use it. Communication with the owner was swift and easy. I would stay here again any time it’s available.

We used this home for family that came in from out of town for a wedding in Pt Loma. Perfect location, extremely clean, decorated nicely. Lovely back patio.

We booked this property for a family members wedding. The location was perfect for the wedding reception. The house was super cute and has lots of natural air flow. All the amenities we needed were there and the owner was very responsive.

We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Not far at all to Ocean Beach and could see the fireworks from Seaworld from the front porch. Easy commute to the zoo and other tourist destinations. We had no trouble with parking two cars right in front and the neighborhood seemed safe. The house itself was super cute and had comfy furniture and a lovely open living and kitchen area. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was the perfect place for us to regroup for each adventure. It was located close to many sights and was quiet and relaxing. These are the best places to find.

Everything was wonderful! The house is in a great, quiet location. You have the airport near but it wasn’t loud. The house was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children). Very comfortable and will be looking forward to booking it again on our next trip back to San Diego!

This home was the absolute perfect definition of a California beach house. The house has so many doors and windows for natural light and coastal breezes. As San Diego natives, my family knew we would love the location, and we did. It was walking distance to our favorite local taco shop, Ortiz’s! We also brought our infant and the house came equipped with a travel crib for her. Thank you for a great stay!

This house was very nice and comfortable after a day of exploring San Diego. It was located close to everything we needed. There were a few little problems but Steve got back to us right away. I would definitely stay there again! (One suggestion would be a mirror somewhere to see if we’re looking ok to go out!)

Great place! Wonderfully attractive, clean, neat. Soft towels, comfy beds. Such a good location for us, five minutes off the end of Route 8, and close to seafood! Quiet neighborhood, ease of parking! Already planning a return trip and plan to blab to friends and family a lot about it so they can have the same (or better) great experience.

Great location, great neighborhood, we sat in both back and front yards , washer and dryer, dishwasher, when we return we’ll definitely try to stay here again, location between all areas we visit, most of all we felt safe and secure, we walked to the harbor, Uber to Padres game, mission beach , mcrd .

This was one of the easiest VRBO‘s that I have ever gone to because the owner was communicative with the very few questions I had (one of which was how to turn up the volume on the TV) and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet despite being close to San Diego airport. I look forward to staying here again very soon.
