This suited our needs very well in Reno - so well that we extended our original stay two days after we had been there almost a week and when faced with all other options in the same general price range or somewhat more in Reno. The kitchen, which tbh we didn’t use a great deal since we were in and out a great deal on most days, was well equipped with what appear to be all new appliances, and the queen bed was very comfortable for us. (A little thing, but the large Brita water pitcher in the frig was a nice touch - the coffee maker also worked well.) The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice - only maybe once or twice in nine days did we hear any notable noise from neighbors (none of that long lasting or at night). The extra small bedroom with twin bed proved nice for setting up our belongings and the couch and large tv setup worked for us. The bathroom was adequately equipped but the walk in shower is on the small side and might prove a challenge for a tall or larger person (I’m 5’10” and my wife shorter - we’re both otherwise of average size). The host was very responsive to any questions we had, those mainly being just a few when we first got there.

It was a great stay for when we moved to Reno and were trying to get our footing. Bart was super responsive, came over at the drop of a hat to fix a problem with the sewage. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Great location.

Place is great for people with dogs or if you want to get away from hotel/casino stays. Spacious place, great price, felt like being at home since it has all the amenities of an apartment.
My only issue was communication. We did not receive check in instructions (issue with expedia & verbo), so we didnt have door code. The owner, Bart, did provide one but it was for the incorrect apt, I ended up opening the door on a woman with two dogs. Huge confusion, so embarrassing. Thankfully our door was left open and we were able to check in, didn't get the right code until the morning.
Since there was no welcome email, I expected, Bart, to send the details via text. Never received it nor an apology for the confusion. We stayed without wifi (free Hotspot with cell plan) which wasn't a big deal. Just no customer service or want to clarify basic details, making the customer feel like a hassle. so I did not bother trying to interact with Bart during my one week stay.
I would still recommend just be careful when booking through expedia.
