Any extra cars can head to 510 Salter Path Road to the Beacon's Reach Community office to purchase a 50.00 extra car pass for the week, for parking located there at the office. Linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager for this info at time of booking so you can get them reserved now. Prime season in June, July, August, and part of September has a Sunday-Sunday required week. Off season check in any day! Minimum 7 day rentals year round. Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. This unit is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
