Finish your evening off with sunset views of the Gulf! The Space: Welcome to Sea La Vie! Our ocean view beachside home is: Carefree, Cozy, Blissful, Fabulous, Memorable and Refreshing! Amenities: High-Speed Wi-Fi (Business Grade) 2 Zone Air-conditioning. Full Size Washer and Dryer. Televisions in all bedrooms. 60" Television and DVD Player in the Living Room. Full Kitchen complete with top of the line appliances including Range, Microwave, Dishwasher and Refrigerator. Cooking utensils. Linens provided. Beach / Pool Towels Provided. 10 Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas provided + wagon Covered Parking. Propane Grill Hot and Cold Outdoor Privacy Shower. Private Pool **300 ft. walk to public beach access. Toddler Accessories Other things to note: ★ POOL ★ NOTE: POOL HEATING WILL BE ON FOR 12 HOURS BETWEEN 10AM TO 10PM FREE OF CHARGE. The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 83 to 85 degrees during your stay. If air temperature reaches under 40 degrees the pool heating will be shut off for protection. If there are any issues with the pool/spa please don't hesitate to reach out to us. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ PARKING★ Max 6 to 7 cars allowed in front of the house If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy. ★ PETS ALLOWED FOR A FEE★ While we allow up to 2 pets for a fee during booking, please follow these rules to avoid a $1000 fine -Do not use our bowls and utensils for your pets. -Do not allow them on furniture or bed. -Please clean up after them and use proper hygiene. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ Smart TV throughout and cable TV is installed and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in. ★ SECURITY★ There are two security cameras overlooking the front driveway, and backyard. They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras. We can’t wait to host you, and please reach out with any questions. MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 21 YEARS OLD. THE BOOKING PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY. If police is called for disorderly conduct and loud music, you will be removed from premise immediately. Guest Access: The entire house is for you to enjoy! Stay away from locked spaces! The Neighborhood: With beautiful beaches, friendly people, and great weather year-round, there are so many reasons to love living in Gulf Shores. Consistently recognized as one of the nation's best beach towns, it's an excellent choice for families and vacations! Getting Around: If you're staying in Gulf Shores proper, then bring along a bike or rent one at one of the many rental shops. If you’re peddling through the Gulf State Park, you can use the free bike share program. A unique concept, the free bike share program allows visitors age 16 and older to borrow a bike for up to three hours. You’ll find everything you need close by and traveling via two wheels is a fun way to get around. Or, drive a car / walk to local restaurants!

We had such an amazing time at the home! I would highly recommend staying here. The pool is amazing and so fun, there are lots of pool toys, chairs, wagons, the beach is a very short walk from the house and the beds are super comfortable. We didn’t have kids with us this time, but will definitely be coming back with kiddos. It is such a great home for an all adult trip but has everything you need for kiddos as well. We requested Ubers/Lyfts to get around. There weren’t a ton of options, but we were lucky enough to get two every time we needed them. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This home was a great selection for our group of 11! The location was wonderful - literally a 5 minute walk to the beach access. The house was set up with beach equipment, which was nice. We would stay at this home again! The Property Manager was responsive to all requests and even went above and beyond for me. Overall, wonderful experience and great vacation. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The inside of the home was as pictured, and it was spacious and clean. The location was great with easy access to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and some toys for taking to the beach (and even a wagon for transporting items). The kitchen could have had more items (I.e. there wasn’t a paring knife, ample mixing bowls, etc), but in general it was well-appointed. The backyard needs some attention and the pool is super small, but these things wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.

House was great! A few minor issues like top rack of dishwasher was broken, ice maker made little to no ice, pool basket was full of toys and pool pump was not on but when maintenance was contacted he was very responsive. We would definitely rent this place again!

Our week-long stay at this property was fantastic. The location of the house is perfect as it is only a 2 minute walk from the public beach access. It was very clean and accommodated us greatly with everything we needed for the trip. I hope that we can return to this home again on vacation next year!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was setup perfect for occasion. The kids and I really enjoyed the arcade game. The adults found themselves many nights on the deck enjoying a night cap.

First time to spend thanksgiving holidays with all extended family. Could not have stayed at a better place. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, even had a high chair ( which we didn’t use) beach toys, grill and a private pool. We hope to make this a tradition and return next year.

This was a great spot for our wedding reception! We had 20 people stay here and it was more than enough room and comfortable. Everett was amazing to work with and took care of all our needs. Even brought our infant son a teddy bear.

This was the perfect place for our family to unwind and spend time together. Lots of room and a well stocked kitchen. Everette was very helpful with tips and hospitality. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores but will definitely not be our last.

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the porch and balcony the most. The property has a great view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing on the Beach. The backyard pool was another treat. Check in was basically effortless. We would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Takes about 15 minutes to get to beach but it’s easy! The pool is nice and warm! Leave for restaurants by 4:00 or you’ll never get in. Orange Beach your best bet for eating out. Our family recommends this property for families!

We spent nearly a week in this beautiful home for my in-laws 50th anniversary. Everett, the property manager, was very helpful at check in, and with a couple questions we had at the beginning of our stay. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 16! The pool and decks were our favorite places to be:) Great overall experience!!!

Understand this is a year and a half since Covid hit, so cleaning people may be in short supply, but there was thick dust on the baseboards, crumbs in every kitchen drawer, carpets and furniture slip covers needed cleaning , etc.
BUT, the sheets were clean, towels plentiful, the kitchen was large, and the house was abundantly large enough to accommodate all 16 of us. We could see fireworks in both directions from the balconies. Everyone had a good time. Everett, the manager, let us know from day one that he was available for anything we needed.
We do wish someone had pointed out that the road between the house and the beach is a major thoroughfare. With 3 small children in our group, we had to be constantly on guard.
Additionally, the pool is really small, so unless you want it for 4 or 5 little kids who can pretty much swim , don’t count on using it for anything except sitting beside it in the great lounging chairs. Our “Littles” had a great time in the pool.

We loved the house. It is a beautiful property and less than a block to beach access. Our only issue was amenities. one trash bag was in the can and one under. We had to run to the store the first day. One partial roll of paper towels was provided. Just felt that for the price per night we shouldn't have had to run to the store immediately for supplies. Otherwise very nice place.

We were very pleased with our stay in this beautiful house! Our only complaint was the water pressure and not much hot water! Other than that it was great!!
