Luxurious Location: The guesthouse is nestled near Camelback Mountain in the prestigious area of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, which is famous for its luxurious estates and stunning views. 2. Private Pool: Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool, which is ideal for relaxation and soaking up the Arizona sun. 3. Pickleball Courts: On-site pickleball courts offer a fun and active way to spend time and stay fit. 4. Private Patio with Gas Grill: The private patio is equipped with a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the beautiful landscape. 5. Professionally Designed Interior: The 900 sq ft guesthouse is professionally designed, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience. 6. Living Area with Entertainment: The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, along with high-speed WiFi throughout the guesthouse. 9. Private Driveway and Entryway: The private driveway and entryway ensure privacy and security for guests. 10. Convenient Location: The guesthouse is located close to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, various golf clubs, and cultural attractions like the Heard Museum, with easy access to major highways and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. These features make this guesthouse a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and leisure activities, ensuring a memorable vacation experience for you and your loved ones. *Note: a home is being built in the lot next to the pickleball courts and occasionally during the week you might hear some of that going on. This is something beyond our control and for most has not been an issue but for sure wanted you to be aware of it before booking. I just have a few simple rules: No Smoking. No Pets. No children No flame policy in and out of the house No glitter, confetti, tape, nails, or tacks in or out of the guesthouse ever No parties Please respect quiet time after 9 pm And please respect that checkout is by 10 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving.

Upscale neighborhood. Chilly pool, lovely pickleball court but not great equipment provided (one of the paddles was broken). Kitchen was small and adequate but not really set up for real cooking.

This is our second time staying at this lovely guest house. The views are amazing and we loved being able to enjoy the pickleball courts on premises. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable!!
