Located in Gainesville, this lovely house for $207 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We welcome your whole family! Pet friendly for animals with current vaccinations and flea control. 1950's home with recent renovations to make your stay most comfortable. The house sits in the host’s childhood neighborhood. Explore Gainesville and enjoy the convenience of being tucked away in a bubble of old fashion neighborhood charm. So much natural light and plenty of space to relax. The screened in porch welcomes you to sit for coffee and conversation while the front porch rockers invite you to rock the night away. Charming parquet wood floors, quilts and wrought iron beds... When you decide it's time to hit the hay, nestle under the quilt on a brand new queen gel mattress. You won't want to get up but when you do... coffee and tea is stocked and ready for you! We hope we've thought of everything but please let us know if you need more than the following: >Plenty of fresh towels & wash cloths >Shampoo, conditioner & body soap >Kitchen gadgets for preparing meals >Utensils & basic spices >Cutting boards >Sharp knives >Drip coffee maker, filters, cream & sugar >Coffee, tea & sometimes cocoa >Microwave >Ironing board & iron >Extra blankets >Board games & cards The television is a 65” smart TV. We have an antenna but do not offer cable. Feel free to log into your own streaming services. We hope you enjoy the many choices offered by this “way-smarter-than-me” TV! If you’re looking for a special live athletic event, we suggest Gator Dockside right around the corner! Try the wings! Fenced in yard for your pet to explore. Also enjoy walking the neighborhood with your leashed pup. Loblolly trail head is close by as well as WestSide Park. Much to sniff and “water”! Send us a message for any special requests. We'll do what we can to make them happen. We want your stay to be the very best! Ample parking in the driveway on the south side (LEFT SIDE) of the house. It is lit along the fence for when you come home late. Your experience and comfort while staying with us is paramount. I’m just a text away! Quiet neighborhood and very walkable. Walk your family to the park, to the woods, to the stadium or even to dinner! Ride share services like Uber are available as well as public transportation. There is a bus stop at the end of the block. If you’re headed a little further to explore local springs or adventure farther to theme parks, Hwy441 and I-75 are easily accessible from the house. The Gator Getaway has an attached suite we call The Hoggtown Hideaway, also a short term rental. Separated by a wall and double locked laundry room (laundry may be available upon request), your living space, parking and yard are private and you should never see the other guests. We want to reiterate, there is an attached Airbnb on the other side of your dining room wall. Your spaces are separated by a wall and a double locked laundry room (which neither of you have access to). Just want you to be aware so you are not alarmed if you see or hear each other. We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect. Only park in designated areas. Smoking is not permitted but we do welcome your canine family. Per AirBnB policy… parties will not be tolerated. Only registered guests permitted. We have a ring camera on the front lawn if it’s necessary to review activity. This is for both your protection as well as mine. If bringing a pet, enjoy the fenced yard but don't leave them outside unattended. We appreciate you disclosing you have a pet and plan to pick up pet waste. With all that said, ultimately we ask you enjoy and make great memories while you’re here!

We were a group of 2 moms and 2 senior girls in high school, staying to tour campus. The listing said 2 BA… that is not correct. There is one full BA and one with just a sink and toilet. So 1 shower for 4 girls. Also, the listing does not mention that this js a duplex. So it was very awkward when we realized someone was living on the other side and we parked in his driveway. The curtains don’t block any of the sun in morning..they are sheer. If you are looking to be close to campus, its a short drive. The place works for a short stay but if I would have known there wasn’t 2 full bathrooms, i would have booked elsewhere.
