This property was beautiful, our room was just as described. The property has 2 pools shared amongst the other rooms, the pools weren’t too cold or too deep. Throughout the entire day the noise was very minimal if any. Bathroom offered shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which we didn’t realize but would also be helpful when packing less. The room was air conditioned at all times. For our first time going to Puerto Rico this was by far the best first experience thanks to this property. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the ocean park beach and about a 3-5 minute walk to Walgreens. The property is gated which helped us feel more secure even though the surrounding area wasn’t bad at all. There were staff onsite which were kind enough to bring groceries to our room that we door dashed, the delivery was delayed past our dinner reservations in which we were no longer there to receive but we contacted them and they kindly helped solve that. We would 100% book with them again in the future!

Very close to the beach. Has an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Very simple check-in and out process. Room was clean and as pictured, with no major issues. We stayed for 6 nights and had a very comfortable stay! We will be returning on our next trip!

Second time booking at this hotel. Great location. Clean. Easy entry. Designated parking area helps. Great amenities. Quiet & patrolled. Will stay again when I’m in San Juan.
