Our room and the hotel itself were very clean and well decorated. In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Our flight landed after their front desk hours but accessing the property was made very easy and clear instructions were provided.
Our room did unfortunately have an AC unit that did not work and blew out hot air and we had to wait until the next morning to speak to someone about it due to our late check in time. The next day when I checked in at the front desk they did their best to get this situation fixed same day. They called a technician to come in and fix the unit however they happened to be away.
When they reached out to us on Expedia to check in on us we let them know what was going on and we were immediately offered a solution! They were very on top of the situation and made our stay totally worth our while!
We would absolutely consider staying again because the customer service was amazing!
The area is already really nice and they offer discounts at a few nearby places to grab some food if you let them know you’re staying here.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The building is secure and in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!
