This place was amazing. Everything about the hospitality to the view of the place was beautiful. It was so private and quiet. I will definitely recommend to anyone who’s coming to San Juan for the first time.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday on June 6, and I had an amazing experience. The staff truly made all the difference. John and Jessica at check-in were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming, professional, and provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit.
Yamlet was also fantastic and shared wonderful suggestions for historical sites in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to John, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. His positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience memorable. He really helped make my birthday trip special.
Because of the outstanding service from the entire team, our stay was truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Centrally located. I would recommend it to anyone. I appreciate the staff helping us and being straightforward with us about the water situation.
