Es un hotel limpio. Las camas muy cómodas. Quiero hacer una mención especial sobre el restaurante. Nos pareció excelente!!! Un 10 para él Chef y el personal. Hemos comido en muchos restaurantes de México y este nos ha encantado
No me gustó las alfombras en la habitación ya que soy alérgica a los ácaros, además que no me parecen higiénicas.
El desayuno es un poco pobre

Decoración, comodidad, limpieza,
El Internet no funcionaba y no pudimos ver televisión.
Las dos lámparas del cuarto no funcionaban y estaba obscuro el cuarto.
En la publicación decía que había tina, y no había cuando llegamos, quisimos cambiar de cuarto pero nos dijeron que solo en una recámara tienen tina y estaba ocupada.

Las habitaciones son muy buenas y cómodas
Lo que no nos gustó es que durante toda la estancia no funcionó el internet en las habitaciones. Para muchos huéspedes esto es algo crítico, especialmente porque la señal móvil tampoco funciona bien
