El concepto
Quise hacer factura y me querían cobrar el 18% ( empezó mal ) la habitación demasiada incómoda por el costo ( por ser cama individual ) , y por último una gran revisada a la habitación cuando hice mi check out . ( Me sentí literal incómoda) .

Todo está muy limpio.
El personal no es tan amable, particularmente un chico que al llegar nos recibió, y al vernos con la maleta carry on no fue atento ni acomedido en ayudarnos a subirla al cuarto. Creo que podrían mejor la actitud del personal

The service was amazing and they tend to your every need. The food in the restaurant was great. The location was near Centro and it might be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in in Mexico.

The staff is very friendly, the location is great, the parking is perfect, the shower is amazing and the bed is very comfortable
There is a lot this hotel could still improve:
- first, the receptionist provided wrong information about the main tourist attraction (the Canon del Sumidero), which almost made us miss this wonder of nature
- the first night, we were given a room with a broken window and had to sleep in a current of ice-cold wind (the temperature drops to 6 C at that time of the year). The next day we were given a new room and cookies but I don’t think this is enough to make up for a lost night of sleep and the risk of getting sick. In the new room the hairdryer did not work and I had to request another one.
- the massage was sub-standard, the water of the jacuzzi was cold, and the coffee offered was instant coffee.
- we were asked to tell in advance and what time we would like to have our breakfast, which is the contrary of what you are looking for during a vacation.
- I was asked to fill out the Booking review in front of the receptionist, which is probably the reason why the other reviews are more positive than I would have expected after my stay
