The most best located hotel in SanCris,very clean and confortable
The only think i don’t understana is why we have to pay as extra the choosen of milf in stand of te or coffee..is obvuois children can’t drink both of them!

The hotel decor is very inviting from the entrance to the traditional communal courtyard (patio) filled with flowers and a thriving herb garden. We had a delicious breakfast there every day. Our room (and bed) was very comfortable with its own little private courtyard. We loved that the hotel is in the heart of the historic center and yet is very calm and quiet. Staff were helpful, arranging transfer from the airport and helping with an overnight tour to Palenque for us, as well as storing our luggage.
Sometimes communication was complicated as not all the staff could speak English and our Spanish is rudimentary - but we were able to make it work with Google Translate and goodwill on both sides. Shout out to José (manager on reception) and to our chatty breakfast waiter for their kindness.

Great locations and facilities

After staying at Hotel Bo for 4 days, we wanted to change the scene and moved to CasaLum. What a disappointment, the rooms are beyond basic with no lights / windows in many rooms and it is quite noisy with restaurant guest, loud music and staff (kitchen / cleaners) makes noise starting at 5.30AM until late at night. I had to ask several times to reduce the music to be able to sleep.
noise, basic rooms with no windows/ lights and uncomfortable beds. No one in the hotel speaks Spanish if it is an issue for you. it was fine for us as we speak Spanish.
