Inner courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly. We also had our own little private courtyard.

The location was great very close to restaurants the bakery/cafe on the corner is amazing! The room its self is nice and comfortable.

We was told on arrival we needed to pay a deposit and would get it back on check out. On check out I double checked this would go back on my card to which they said it would. I waited a week and still wasn't back in my account. I messaged the hotel and they wanted prove of my deposit which I sent through a copy of. I emailed them again to check they had received this and they told me to be patience and it would go back into my account. I only wanted confirmation they had received this email.I waited another week and still wasn't in there and then they stopped replying to my emails. Also they dont speak english so maybe booking.com need to change this.
