Tasteful hotel in the old town, bad wifi unfortunately reduces the comfort level.

- Great location in the old town. - New and very tastefully decorated hotel.

- Room is a bit dark. - WIFI is al terrible that I switched to using data roaming. This really is not ok for a hotel in this price class.

They pick & choose which whom to interact with. That was very transparent to me.

Amenities, clean, uniqueness style. Delicious food, used from fresh local ingredients.

Welcoming staff but few restaurant personnel are not attentive or considerate on refilling coffee & also not offering water,

BEST HOTEL IN ALL OF MEXICO

We LOVED EVERYTHING!!! we travel a lot but this was by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in plus all of the staff are AMAZING!!!!! Will for sure stay at Hotel Bo again next year and recommend anyone looking to relax and to be well taken care of to stay here too.

amazing place

the place. the architecture

there were some kids screaming outside the 2 nights we stay. other guests went out to ask them to be silence. and continúe. we ask to the front desk and their answer was that they were also guests. but it was 11:30 pm. and the hotel and destination it’s for rest and desconect from the city.

Unique hotel with great decor and restaurant

The room is spacious and well decorated. Tha bathroom and the bath tube are a treat. The restaurant is really good but is better to have the breakfast a la carte than including the breakfast. Great hotel!

I would only improve the gym, for being such a great hotel they can improve the devices and space of the gym and offer more than the average hotel gym experience with one treadmil, and a few dumbells.

Great place to stay close to the heart of San Cristobal with high standards and excellent restaurant

Great restaurant both breakfast and diner, very kind staff making you feel home and very comfortable at all times, some common rooms like library, nice yard, high standards to comfort, cleanliness, small gym available, very safe place and environment, many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance

Rooms are a bit small for 4 persons and too expensive, no pool - but overall very nice stay
