The flat is lovely and very well located, just a short stroll into the city centre. There are supermarkets nearby and excellent places to eat. The bedroom and bathroom are very roomy and everything is modern and high quality. We didn't make the most of the rooftop balcony which is a fantastic extra.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, Leopoldstadt, direkt an der U-Bahnstation Nestroyplatz. Nach zwei Stationen ist man am Stephansdom, nach vier Stationen am Kongresszentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Café Altenberg" am Karmelitermarkt. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist die Buchbinderei Waniek. In dem Ladenlokale werden die Bücher (Notizbücher, Kalender, Fotobücher) hergestellt. Die Wohnung selber ist hell und freundlich hergerichtet, sehr sauber. Bei entsprechendem Wetter und Jahreszeit kann man die Dachterrasse nutzen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen in einem sehr lebendigen Viertel.

The apartment was in a very convenient location, close to a metro station. There were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as a BILLA supermarket and DM store. The apartment is also within walking distance of the Prater.
The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with everything a family could need for a stay in another city. The apartment also has a rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy some time outdoors.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
