I've been lucky to have a room with an amazing sea view. The view was simply stunning! I've made countless photos... :-) The room had a loggia ( with sea view), spacious bathroom and a little kitchen. Be aware that not all the rooms have a sea view. Quite close to the city center, restaurants and St. Theresa beach and one of the ports.
The host, Rocco, was super kind and flexible with my early check-in - thank you!
If you don't like taking 140 steps down the stairs, you can choose another path, a few hundred meters downhill. For getting up the hill, there is an escalator.
I have spent an amazing weekend here with a stunning sea view every moment of the day. ♥️
The bed is a little bit noisy.

Owner was very friendly and hospitable, help me to organize all the tourist attractions and place to see, also advise the rental service. It was very pleasant to meet with Rocco.
The location of the property is high so the incredible views on the whole city are guaranteed.
I really like staying at this place.
Not the “didn’t like”, but you need to pay attention that escalator to the property form the main street works only up to 23:30, so plan your time accordingly
