Sostanzialmente tutto. In particolare la pulizia, la posizione, la velocità e la accuratezza delle risposte di Raffaele e la sua disponibilità. L’appartamento è in una via molto silenziosa, è bene attrezzato e tenuto con cura. Nella strada adiacente passano diversi autobus, ci sono numerosi posti in cui mangiare, vari depositi bagagli. A pochi passi ci sono un supermercato aperto fino alle 22 e la Stazione San Pietro, utilissima anche per il collegamento con l’aeroporto di Fiumicino.
