I regretted choosing this apartament :(

Location. The owner was quick to respond.

Making money from renting out an apartment with a bed like this should be a criminal offense. A squeaky, unstable cot that made loud noises with every slightest movement. Our backs hurt really badly. Overall, the apartment could really use some renovation. Noise from the street.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding we felt less than acceptable poor quality.

Misrepresented

The location is the only good thing about this property.

This is just a big room, not an apartment. There is no bed, it’s a foldable sofa and is not very comfortable. The building is outdated, we even saw needles where the trash bins are located.

Grande déception par rapport à la description.

Studio en plein centre-ville, mais sans double vitrage donc très bruyant car situé à l'angle du Bd. Victor Hugo et de la rue Grimaldi. pas de volets ni de rideau occultant. Canapé-lit peu confortable, linge de nuit à la propreté douteuse (ai trouvé un mouchoir entre le protège-matelas et le drap-housse....). L'eau met énormément de temps à s'écouler dans le lavabo de la salle d'eau, autant utiliser l'évier du coin cuisine pour se laver les mains ou se brosser les dents, par ex. Bac de douche vraiment très petit. Le téléviseur ne fonctionne pas tel qu'indiqué dans le manuel d'utilisation écrit uniquement en anglais par le/la propriétaire. La très grande table en verre au milieu du studio (pour au moins 4 personnes alors que le studio ne peut en accueillir que 2 au maximum) prend beaucoup de place et empêche de se mouvoir aisément dans le studio. A près de 100€/nuit, le prix est plus que largement exagéré et doit non seulement absolument être revu à la baisse, mais aussi réaménagé et mieux entretenu. C'est la première fois que BOOKING me déçoit ainsi alors que j'ai déjà plusieurs fois utilisé ses services auparavant.
