Quite clean apartment and room.
One bathroom for four rooms.
Owner leaves washing machine to work in the late evening (till 22:00 o'clock).

Amazing location - not too central for it to be busy, yet very close (walkable distance from the centre). More local, amazing shops, bars and restaurants all around. Can't think of a better location in the city. Quiet and calm. Great equipped place - goes both for the room (comfy bed) and the common areas - the kitchen had everything. Clean.
Bathroom was a bit smelly, there was no body wash or shampoo - but those are very very minor issues.
