Great location, very clean, AC functioned well, staff was very nice. There's even a community fridge and microwave. Walking distance to the train station and a waterbus stop, lots of great shops and restaurants. I didn't mind the separate bathroom functionality given how clean it was kept. The value was also fantastic for being able to stay on the island of Venice itself
There was an elevator that seemed to work, but did not seem accessible to guests, would have liked to have used the elevator at least for the first day of bringing my luggage up
Also could have used an extra towel, you only get one hand towel despite two sinks (one in room and one in bathroom)

Close to Bus and Train. Located in a little square with a wonderful Church. Staff was great and very helpful.
Rooms were on the 3rd floor with no elevator available for guests.
