I wish I’d gotten her name, but the woman who checked me in was phenomenal. Genuinely, so kind. The property location is close to the train station, so I didn’t have to try and take my luggage all over Venice. There’s also a shop nearby for food and snacks, as well as several restaurants. AC worked (and boy, did I need it - Venice was HOT).

We had two rooms for a family of five, the rooms were tidy and clean with fresh towels, and bath necessities. The receptionists checked us in as soon as we arrived at 12pm. They have a good service at a very affordable price and their location is closed to train station and the water rides.
