Good location, convenient to the bus & train. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The Venetian decor was interesting.
The AC leaked on the floor, causing water to pool both inside & outside the door. We put down towels to avoid slipping. One of the 4 beds was a metal cot, not a full twin & no blanket. Shower door needs repaired.

The location was perfect for Santa Lucia Train Station
The bedroom and en suite were tiny but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Nothing fancy about the breakfast either.
