The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and walking to everywhere. Especially close to walking to catch the airport bus.
Property didn’t have an elevator to the very top rooms facing the canal. But this is a minor inconvenience.

Great location if you need the train but also to pick up the ferries .
Was pleasantly surprised , the hotel was much bigger than I thought it would be .Had a great room overlooking the steps and canal.Breakfast was good .

There were various elements that would make our stay an excellent experience. For one, the room was great; the beds extremely comfy and the bathroom super spacious. We booked a room with the canal view and we couldn't be disappointed... it was really beautiful!
Moreover, I cannot help but commend the excellent hospitality offered by the staff who always served us with a smile on our faces. The breakfast was absolutely immaculate - so many options ranging from savoury and sweet, and a beautiful garden where we could enjoy our food peacefully.
I must say the weather was not extremely kind to us, but the accomodation was a true saviour in the circumstances. FYI - they even gave us complimentary heavy-duty umbrellas to use, which were absolute lifesavers!
We stayed for a night and overall, I would say the hotel is more on the expensive side. However, considering all the positives outlined above, I would definitely recommend it to all looking for an expensive-looking, relaxing experience, but still with the view of the hustle and bustle of Venice city life.
