Excellent location. Quiet clean. AC was terrific as it was a hot weather. I would definitely stay here again.
There could have been more electrical outlets for charging.

Location is good, check in was easy, Federica helped us so much. She answers quickly and was very polite.
Honestly Venice should have different standards than other cities because it is unique, but mold and smell is very awful. Sheets were clean, bathroom was new and clean, but rooms smells very bad, like moldy basement, walls are falling apart from humidity and mold, it is very bad for breathing, and i t is not only in this hotel, i thiink it is commom thing. But i dont wamt to give bas review because Federica was very kind.

I am writing this review mainly for travelers who have realistic expectations and like to know what to expect in advance. We were prepared based on previous reviews, had a pleasant stay, and therefore gave a high rating. We stayed for 3 days (2 nights).
- The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it a perfect base for exploring Venice on foot.
- The buildings in this area are generally old, which is part of the city's character and should not come as a surprise. However, the bathroom was completely renovated, modern, and spotless, which was a very pleasant surprise.
- The air conditioning unit was new, worked very well, and was quiet enough to keep running throughout the night. Despite the small size of the room, the temperature remained comfortable at all times. The room also included a hairdryer, although there was no iron available.
- The room was located on the ground floor, which meant there was limited natural light and a noticeable level of humidity in the air, something that is fairly common in Venice.
- The room itself was quite compact, but considering the price and the outstanding location, it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We were looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep and shower after a day of sightseeing, and it served that purpose very well.
