The room was lovely and very comfortable! The host made the experience to check in very easy and even recommended places to eat.
The hosts really went above and beyond to make this accommodation feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Venice.

Amazing location right near a gorgeous piazza with lots of lovely restaurants, easy access to the number 2 ferry but not in the intense/loud/busy tourist areas.
The room was a great size, good aircon for the summer, lovely little communal balcony for use and massive bathroom
Definitely will come back

Even though we wanted to check in early, their willingness to accommodate our request made our trip much easier. The location was closer to the train station, so we had to walk instead of taking the vaporetto, but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Waking up by the canal was a real pleasure. The room had a wonderful coffee machine, and they’d thought of everything—water, fruit juice, and more. The room was spotless and spacious.
The fact that the bathroom wasn't inside the room and required a key to use. It was uncomfortable to hear the other guests' voices at night.

Stayed here 2 nights. Location was good and liked the neighborhood. Close to good restaurants, grocery store, gelato, and bars. Bathroom was great and large. It is yours only, and is cleaned each day. Small fridge, bottled water, and tea in your room when you check in. Common area was cozy with books and seating. Felt safe in the neighborhood at night and this place is right off a little piazza.
Finding the secondary door to the B&B was confusing as the doors in the stairwell weren't marked and the stairwell light is on a timer (lights kept going out as we were trying to figure out where to go...after having travelled for so long it just was not a great start, but part of sorting a B&B style place). The host, however, was very responsive to get us to where we needed to be. The bathroom being disconnected from your room is difficult, particularly if you get sick. One day our bathroom had not been locked after it was cleaned, so don't leave anything of value in there. The smell from the toilet water/pipes was pretty bad, but I chalked that up to canals maybe being dredged recently? You end up with 5 keys: 1 to get into the building, 1 for stairwell door, 1 to open the door to the door to your room (in the US- think storm door, front door, but both are solid), 1 to enter your room, and 1 for the bathroom. This is a B&B and not a hotel, which I tried not to book (Air) B&B style places to be sensitive to the local housing crisis. But that is a problem for booking.com filters and misleading classifications.
