My stay was simply perfect! From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and Nicola deserves special recognition for his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. The hotel's location is one of its greatest strengths: I was able to explore almost everything on foot, making it easy to enjoy the city at a relaxed pace. It was a truly memorable stay, with outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

We loved that it wasn’t too far from the train station, but yet it was in a nice, quiet residential area near public transit. The gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms and the property in general were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is one of the added value of the hotel...in a quite area, far enough but not to from the the touristic path and very close to the station and vaporetto stop

Location is decent for night stay in Venice.
The room had a horrible smell like someone had smoked inside for years. Couldnt sleep because of that tobacco smell.
