Great place, exceeded my expectations for the value. Really nice staff. Room was spotless and housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning.

The room was a really good size and was very clean. It had fully blackout shutters so was perfectly dark when sleeping. It was very close to the train station and the 'taxi' boats that give you access to the other islands very easily. Was only a 15 min walk to san Marco so still easy access to the main attractions. Also was really nice to walk around some of the more quiet surrounding streets that had some really tasty food choices that were less expensive than the main areas.

Lovely staff. Small but comfortable room. Staff allowed us to use cutlery and dinnerware if we wanted to eat something at the property. Good value. Close to train station
Not super close to main attractions. We were happy to walk but those who aren’t should be mindful of that. Was super close to the train station which was a big plus.
