La ubicación (de 10), la limpieza, la comunicación con el propietario….. todo
Que uno de los baños es un poco estrecho y no hay donde colgar las toallas, pero aún así volveré de seguro al mismo alojamiento, no es algo que no tuviera solución

Appartamento di dimensioni generose, pulito ed in palazzo prestigioso a 30 metri da piazza Castello.
Faccio fatica a trovare un difetto e se proprio devo fare una critica direi: “antina doccia da sistemare”

Beautiful clean spacious apartment in an incredible location, right in the historical centre of Turin.
A minor complaint, but the instructions to get in were confusing. Perhaps if the instructions given could be updated. We had arranged to arrive between 2pm and 3pm. When we arrived there was no one there and no one answered the phone number we had. We rang another number who said they would send us the number to contact....which was the one that wasn't answering. This time we got an answer and the person said they would come in 15 minutes. When the nice man arrived he said that we should call 20 minutes before arriving to let them know we were coming. Perhaps this should be notified on the instructions given. It is a small matter , everything else was perfect. But it was a very warm day, I had two small children with me and we were on the street outside for 30 minutes.

Nous avions réservé 1 grand appartement au Castello, avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Après le paiement, et seulement 5 jours avant notre arrivée à Turin, 1 message nous a annoncé que nous ne pouvions occuper cet appartement … On nous proposait donc 1 autre logement avec 1 seule salle de bain et 1 unique chambre … le 2ème lit étant dans la pièce faisant office de cuisine, salle à manger, salon … et tout cela, pour le même tarif !
Même si l’appartement proposé était très propre et plutôt bien situé … et que l’accueil a été efficace, c’est bien dommage !!!
