J ai bien aimรฉ l emplacement qui est vraiment sympas, la climatisation est vraiment un plus. Le digicode aussi est vraiment un plus car cela รฉvite d avoir des clรฉs sur soi
Vraiment trop de bruit dans le bรขtiment mais surtout la douche n est pas adaptรฉ donc l eau sort du bac j ai dรป รฉponger chaque fois que nous prenions une douche. Le wifi a marchรฉ le premier jour et aprรจs la connexion รฉtait vraiment instable. Dommage

La posizione e la pulizia
Lโappartamento non si affaccia direttamente su piazza Castello ma sotto i portici. Pertanto risulta poco luminoso e poco arioso.
La poca cura dei dettagli non permette di classificarlo come appartamento luxury, definizione data dal proprietario. Di seguito alcuni esempi:
- lโaffaccio dalla camera da letto รจ su un palazzo interno molto degradato e sporco.
- presenza di armadi molto datati in cucina.
- presenza di un tappeto usurato e antigenico nella sala da pranzo.
- nonostante la presenza della lavatrice, lo stendibiancheria รจ troppo piccolo per due persone.
- lampada da parete sopra il comodino penzolante.
Il rapporto qualitร prezzo non รจ giustificabile con le caratteristiche dellโappartamento.
