Good location and spacious rooms, well prepared and super clean. Front desk staff fast and supportive, check in and out made in minutes. Comfortable lobby, bar and breakfast facility.
Breakfast lounge too noisy on Sunday morning. Breakfast served from French sounding menu, at $35 per person, which seems to be a standard in the US. When reservation was made on the Booking.com, the two nights cost was $728, but the hotel charged $899, which is quite a difference.
I suggest Booking.com to review their booking policy with the hotels in the US, as charges are constantly substantially higher than those presented during the hotel search. It happened to me four times during the last two months. Fine print below hotel conditions section does not help.

Lot of dust in the room, if a thorough cleaning was to be done, everything else was outstanding
