La magnífica ubicación.
Una estancia estupenda. El piso está muy bien ubicado, amplio y limpio. Como detalle, surgió un pequeño problema doméstico con un insecto, pero la reacción de los anfitriones fue impecable. Actuaron rapidísimo mandando a profesionales para resolver eñ problema y asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodos. Su gran hospitalidad y rápida respuesta compensaron por completo la situación. Ruido desde otros apartamentos.

Far to much admin. I do not expect to sign short term tenancy agreements when using Booking.com.
Also the automatic checkin while easy once you get it, it was also flaky and frustrating. I assume they have a lot of problems, but veru discouraging.
Far, Far too many emails and messages from them, all saying the same thing - doubled because of booking.com.
Living rm sofa unusable as very uncomfortable!
Also why is the deposit non refundable? Sure, you can secure with a large reserve but no control and felt like we were being scammed.
Overall, satisfactory and practical esp for the price. It wouldn't cost anything to remove the friction from the admin.
Admin associated with booking was high friction, high contact, one sided - theirs (not designed for us)
