Excellent location - 2 minute walk to Porthminster beach and 5 minute walk into town.
Plenty of room in the property and lots of sun spots in the outside area.
Comfy beds and kitchen very well equipped.
We struggled with the rubbish/recycling routine. A private company are employed to collect and we left out as instructed but there was no collection. We tried calling the help number (Carbis Bay holidays) which did not respond. I didn't feel happy about leaving a full bin for the next visitors!! Hopefully this was a one off incident.

The fact the entire house was available. Partly overlooked the bay.
Despite the advert stating parking available, there is not. (A motorbike would fit, comfortably). Parking is bad, non existent when in 2 vehicles. Had to use the train station. If you're in convoy with another car (which, incidentally, you will have to do, if there are more than 4 people). £8.70 24hrs. Attempting to contact the owner to ask a question?? Problem here is the answers are automated, not knowing who to contact (3 different addresses)! The house met my expectations, but, the layout with the bedrooms leaves a lot to be desired. The middle bedroom with a double and single bed does not have anywhere to hang or store clothes. Ground floor to first floor is a tight fit. Walking to and fro from town is tough when you're not fit...
