The was clean and modern in a perfect location right near to the beach

Very modern and clean it was like home from home had everything you needed
And a parking space which was great and the beach is 2 minutes walk
It was a steep walk up to the property and then up 2 flights of stairs but kept us fit
Internet was very poor it worked for only a day

The location was excellent. Really close to the beach and a short walk into the centre. There is a steep hill to climb to get to the apartment but as long as you are aware it's not an issue.
The kitchen had good amenities
There are some signs of wear and tear which is to be expected from a holiday rental, overall it was clean but could do with some updates.
The entryway to the apartment is via a cement staircase in a turret, can be hard to navigate especially with a dog.

The bed was very comfortable, and the power shower was great. The size of the rooms was decent.
Good-sized TVs and access to multiple stations. Wifi worked fine.
Good kitchen appliances.
Nicely decorated (but a bit tired in places).
Easy-to-use heating system.
Nice ornaments, etc.
Good provision of towels and kitchen cleaning cloths, etc.
Ability to bring a dog.
Provision of a torch.
Good-sized walled-in courtyard with external seating.
Good location and access to St Ives and the beaches.
The steep single-track road to access the property (not that you can do anything about it). It would have been good to provide more information on the access road and about the bridges. If we had brought our van, we wouldn't have been able to drive down the track or get under the bridges. Luckily, we brought the car. Very large potholes in the car park.
The lights didn't come on in the external stairwells.
No sea view in no 14.
The mugs had stains in them.
The vacuum bag smelled of dog when we used it. We tried our best to air out the apartment afterwards.
Some areas could be improved, e.g. the carpets, as they have stains (although an attempt had been made to clean).
