I'll start with the pros. The home has easy access to the freeway, there is a grocery store nearby, the property is large enough for a family, the kitchen had plenty of utensils/dishes and the beds were comfortable. Now for the cons. We arrived an hour after check in and found the cleaning person lying on the couch. She did not speak english so we could not communicate but she quickly went outside and waited for a ride. The floors had cleaning product (or so it appeared) dripped/splashed all over and clearly had not been cleaned. The beds did not have fitted sheets only flat sheets. The guests were asked to take the large garbage bin to the curb (on the 2nd night of our stay) which did not contain any garbage from our stay. Overall the stay was fine and the house certainly accommodated us but I think its important to leave an accurate review of our stay.

This house was exactly as shown in the pictures with hidden extras. It did not disappoint and I would stay there again if I were returning. Clean, updated, fully loaded with kitchen supplies, and spacious.

The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. Very much near everything we wanted to be near to. The home was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed in it. The communication between us and the host was perfect. Not one bad thing to say. We will absolutely be staying here again.

In general good place to stay for the family. Lots of space and allows pets which was important to us. Easy to find, stores close by, door dash worked wonders when we had a lazy day.

The house was very convenient for a quick 15 minute drive to Universal Studios, and an even shorter drive (5-10 minutes) to several great restaurants. Was very impressed with the fully stocked kitchen - it had everything you could possibly need when cooking. The beds were very comfortable and so was the sofa so we felt right at home. The property manager was also very quick to respond when I reached out for assistance.

This house was clean, well-appointed and in a great central location for our group. Communication with the owner was clear, quick and helpful at all times. We look forward to returning in the future!!

A beautiful home located in a quite cul-de-sac. It was perfectly stocked with everything we could need. There was even a pizza slicer which always comes in handy. If you're going to Universal Studios, it is a nice 12 minute drive. So close, I was able to run back when my daughter forgot something. Perfect for our family of 5 with kids sharing one bed. Would recommend to friends.

This was a wonderful home, very comfortable and impeccably cared for. Location was good for trips to Santa Monica, LA and Pasadena. House was has well equipped kitchen with ample linens and towels Would definitely stay here again. Our only concerns were the trash cans outside were already filled to the brim when we arrived and trash collection was not until after we left. Was not much that could be done since it was a holiday weekend. A suggestion that may help future guests would be to have a “welcome binder” explaining: 1. Where thermostat is. The home was very warm. We could not find the thermostat to adjust - found the thermostat the day before we left in a bookcase. 2. Instructions for how to operate the roku tv 3. Explanation for where to find the bath towels so it’s not a “treasure hunt”.
