Tony who checked us In was excellent.
The concierge lounge was awesome.
Comfortable beds.
Generous supply of bathroom towels.
Air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to cool the space well enough.

Super close to the airport, central location. Very easy to get around town. The room were nice,clean and very quiet. The food was great at the daily grill. We had both breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the airport so that was a nice touch. They do shuttles to universal studios but it does get full fast.
Can’t say anything negative.

location was great, room was fairly comfortable, the front desk staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the facilities need maintenance/repair
the food and drinks were not very good at the restaurant by the pool. the card reader to the pool by the lobby didn't work the morning I tried to use it. the other pool was complicated to find, and when I did I discovered that the card reader did not work on the restroom there. the parking lot scanner was having trouble and there was a huge car jam waiting to get out, we were almost late to our scheduled appointment.
