Bay Cottage is an adorable two bedroom, two bath fully renovated, historic cottage located in the heart of "Old Town" Bay St. Louis. The location provides a private setting within a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the municipal yacht harbor all convenient to downtown. This house includes a private front porch with a seating area and a large dining table to enjoy the Gulf breeze. The front parlor is a warm & inviting space. There is one large sofa, a comfortable chair, and smart TV. The front parlor opens into the second parlor showcasing a custom kitchen and dining area that seats eight. Primary Bedroom has a king bed with an attached custom bathroom. Secondary Bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen beds with custom twin bunks. This bedroom also has an attached custom full bath and closet with washer/dryer. Bay Cottage has been renovated to preserve and showcase historic details, while enhanced with today’s custom amenities. *For off season or monthly rates, please do not hesitate to reach out. WE DO NOT allow parties, receptions or weddings, etc. on the premises. A smart doorbell camera is used at the entrance of our property to ensure the security of the outdoor premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. *Pets are not allowed unless approved on an individual basis.

Friend group of 4 birthday trip This house is beautifully renovated with the old charm intact Everything we needed was available. Clean and comfortable The refrigerator and stove are to die for Quiet safe neighborhood Walking distance to the restaurants and shopping although we rented a golf cart due to the cold Lovely hosts

Stayed at this adorable cottage for 3 nights with good friends. Everything was perfect! The most comfortable beds, immaculately clean, and adorable decor. Very easy to communicate with the owner. The neighborhood was lovely, but we had bad weather that prevented us from walking to all the great destinations. We would definitely return!

My family and I were in town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this incredible property. Everything was perfection: decor, beds/pillows, size, appliances, LOCATION (we parked our car and walked to the restaurants and shops all week), We especially loved the built in bunk beds with queen size beds on the bottom~ perfect for our 2 teens! I could go on and and on. The communication with Grant and Liz was also fantastic. We will be back soon!

This house was so cute. We frequent the area and usually stay at a hotel but this house was 10x’s better. It was a 8 minute walk to Old Town on Beach Blvd. The weekend we were there happened to be Boo in the Bay Halloween Parade and it went right in front of the house! We will definitely be staying here again! The communication with the property manager was quick and extremely polite.

Loved staying at this cozy, quaint house! It was super quick walk to the Bay and all of restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and all of the appliances were beautiful.

This was the perfect spot if you want to be close to bars and restaurants but far enough for it to still be peaceful and quiet. Beautiful, clean and impeccably decorated cottage.

The cottage is lovely and we especially enjoyed the front porch. The location and neighborhood could not have been better. We could walk to restaurants, shopping areas and the beach. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the comfort of the house and found it easy to keep picked up and not to loose things! We were very comfortable in it as a family of 6. It is beautifully renovated and we hope to visit again soon :)

After working a project, I stayed in Bay St Louis to work for the week. I have friends who work in the area so meeting up with him and enjoying dinner and the overall area was awesome. The house was amazing. The remodel was perfect in every detail. I loved the kitchen and being able to cook. It truly was like being at home but enjoy a beach town. Everything was close by and within walking distance or a short drive. Although I didn’t get to venture out during the day, the house was perfect for remote work with no issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. Thank you for sharing your home.

This property was so nice. Love the house. Love the design and the decor. Perfect for our ladies getaway. We spent a lot of time on the porch. So glad there was nice furniture out there. This precious little gem was exactly the right size for my husband and I during our New Years Eve getaway. It was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the Master Bed was really comfortable. TV was a really nice size as we are huge football fans and we’re able to watch and enjoy our LSU Tigers and Tulane Green Wave win their bowl games. Thanks Grant for granting the extra little requests, it made our stay that more enjoyable.
