About this cottage rental
Good location to just "get away from it all" near Powderhorn fence line. One room and a bath with covered carport, small covered porch, lots of yard and a small kitchen make this hide-away perfect for you and a friend or two! Parking is a breeze with this Circular Drive to the Property. Conveniently located next to The Cottage if your extra friends needs a place to stay.
This Unit is Not Pet Friendly
Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Really enjoyed how quiet it was. Not alot of traffic. The conlbered garage is definitely a plus for boat and truck.
